Update/install Process: The software update and/or installation MUST BE EXECUTED BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN FOR THE SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability: RUNNINGSOFT INC. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY for any conflict, fault, or damage affecting the unit or your PC caused by any other update and/or installation attempt not following the process given by RunningSoft Inc., and RunningSoft Inc.'s warranty shall not cover such damages arising from any improper use and attempt of the software.
